Need a little support adding a plant slant to your diet? Looking for an excuse to reconnect with old friends or to meet someone new? The Blue Zones Project can help.
We know friends influence health behaviors so we’ve designed Potluck Moais (cooking groups) to help you make better food choices. A Potluck Moai (pronounced Mo-Eye) is a group of 5–9 individuals who regularly gather together to share healthy recipes and conversation in a potluck setting. Ideally, the group commits to meeting three to five times over the course of three months and takes turns hosting the event in their homes.
Enjoy the benefits:
1. Work with 5-9 healthy-minded individuals to make plant-based meals.
2. Share healthy recipes in a group setting.
3. Can’t cook? Learn how every other week for the next 10 weeks.
4. Taste Blue Zones inspired foods a whole new way.
Feel free to bring your existing Moai (group of friends) or come and meet new friends. No need to bring a potluck dish, we'll provide a food demonstration and tasting.
